Thanks to the power of Social Media like Pissed Consumer.com, Facebook, etc... I got a callback from Dynamex on Monday 2-9-16.

They (a customer service rep) stated there was no way they could follow up to see "where" the package was delivered, or if it was delivered at all. They said they would pull that driver, retrain, and monitor for further problems. They would talk to Debbie in the Tampa office, and find out why she was doing customer service, when she is a dispatcher. Etc...etc...

I still did not get that package.

I did reorder on Sunday using Amazon's 2 days shipping and USPS had it to my on Monday. If only USPS did one day shipping, lol! To be honest, I have had other packages delivered on time by Dynamex, one of their drivers is really good, friendly and on time.

But all it takes is one bad driver, or customer service... and things go downhill.

Dynamex One Day Shipping

One day shipping package ordered from Amazon on Friday 5 around 1pm - Amazon showed shipped just after that, using Dynamex

Tracking Showed delivered at 7:37pm saturday (nobody knocked, no package at door, I was home)

called Amazon approx 8:10 pm and let them know the package had not been delivered. they apologized and did an instant refund. I placed the order again, using 2 day so USPS would deliver instead of Dynamex.

called Dynamex approx 8:50 pm 855-396-**** and spoked to someone who said that Tampa office was closed, and they would email them... expect a call on this. The rep stated he had my number and double checked it... it was correct

Called Dynamex 8:35am Monday 855-396-****.. transfered to Tampa... spoke to lady (Debbie) who took info and said she would contact driver. Expect a call - Debbie asked for my number, even though she should have already had it.

Got a callback from Debbie, Tampa Office... apparently the driver states he did deliver it to my door. Funny! I stayed home intentionally because I needed the package, and was checking the door every 15 minutes or so. I did one day shipping because I NEEDED The package.

I would love to add a photo of the parts... but since I did not receive them, that is hard to do! ;)

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Dynamex Cons: Driver that delivers to wrong address and lies about it.

Had almost same thing happen to me tonight

Amazon stated a delivery before 9 pm. Looked at my Amazon app and it stated delivered at 8:47 pm well I walked outside at 9 pm to check nothing was there did a scan around my building to see if it was delivered wrong.

When I returned the package was next to my door.

Strange thing is it wasn't there before.

Won't be doing Dynamex any more they seem to be lieing about delivery times.

Sometimes, they scan it before they get there. Many carriers do this.
