My luggage didn't arrive with me on the 9th so I was told to go home and it'd be delivered to me. On the 10th, my luggage was located and placed into Dynamex' warehouse, pending delivery.

On the 10th I was told it could be delivered that day or the next day. On the 11th I got the same message, however it was not delivered that day or the 12th. On the 12th I was guaranteed it'd be delivered either that day or the 13th. On the 13th they just gave up and said it was unpredictable, and they had a higher volume.

Funny that they admitted they only had two drivers for Toronto that night, such a big city and only two drivers? No wonder there's been a delay. today is officially 5 days since arrival. No baggage, no surprise, just disappointment and the worst inconvenience.

Dynamex said to take it up with Air Canada. Air Canada said to take it up with Dynamex.

Ridiculous customer service on both ends, no one is able to do anything about it. Why do I have to pay the cost of their incompetence?
