Seems like this is the same experience as everyone else. Item not delivered, got a hold of their customer service to find out what happened and arrange a new delivery date.

I told them not to deliver the next day as I won't be home and do not want it left out as I live in an apartment building and it's a $200 item, but the day after (today) as I'll be home all day. This morning I check the status and says it was delivered yesterday (11am) and left at my front door. There was no package when I got home yesterday and still nothing today. Either they lied or it was stolen, this after I specifically told them not to deliver till today and not to leave the package.

What a joke.

* update: Amazon is resending the item (hopefully not using this carrier). I also emailed their customer service and advised them to relook at using them as a carrier service and to just look at the reviews on here as a reference.
